Whitney Won

This is a photo from all the beautiful ladies in the house (Not including Samantha who left earlier) from Thanksgiving. We were all joking about how we steal each other's photo's from our blogs and who would put the photo's from Thanksgiving up first. Whitney won- way to go girl!

I just love Hudson- Julie gave me this photo, thanks Julie! Poor guy- he has been sick ever since Turkey Day!

Happy Thanksgiving

Ok, I think the ugliest dog was up long enough--I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We had a very nice time with friends here in Cheyenne. My computer is supposed to be worked on later today, so I should be able to start posting photo's a little later. Take Care and God Bless.

Ugliest Dog in the World

This is little Sam. He has won the title of the Ugliest Dog in the World for three years. He is a Chineese Crested who passed away yesterday. The article said some people are happy he died because he is so ugly! Isn't that mean? What if humans were lumped into that catagory? What if all the ugly people in the world died... so mean!!!

Monday Night Football

Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?!?! Sam and I took Maddy (Lou and Kelee's pup) for the night this past weekend. I just HAD to put Mykah's old Packer Jersey on her. At first- she fought it- no Packers!! Then we talked to her about the team and how wonderful they are and pretty soon- she was a die-hard Cheesehead! Go Maddy! (Sorry Lou and Keelee- you just can't help what is natural!) Go Packers!

I want my sausage!

I love my husband. Doesn't he look cute? This photo is from his first surgery he had on his throat about a month ago and I thought it was a great pic to put on a Monday posting. He was still coming out of his "loopy state" and he wanted all this greasy food. I had to take it away from him because the doc said he couldn't eat it. Well, while I wasn't looking he stole the sausage and was pretty impressed with himself. He was absulutely helarious that day- I wish I could get those drugs for him all the time! Hee Hee! Love ya babe!

Who are those Goodlookin' ladies?!

Last weekend was a good one. I actually already wrote this post, but I was in the middle of it when my dear computer crashed. This pic is of (L-R) Whitney, Keelee, me and Julie. Keelee and Lou had a wine night. It was a nice time and Keelee let Lou open a very special bottle of wine after her namesake "Kathleen" that she has held onto for 6, almost 7 years. It was WONDERFUL and I feel so lucky that she thought enough of us to let us drink it! (By the way--Dell is sending me a new hard drive and it should be here today although the technician doesn't know how quickly he can get to it.)

Magnificent Tree

The other day I was walking into work and I walk through this nice little garden area. This just happened to be the day that it got REALLY cold. Well, a pipe had burst and sprayed everything newar it. This small tree was covered with 7-8 inches of ice. It was SO beautiful! I went back the next day and took pics of it at night. When my computer is fixed I will post them. (This one is off my camera phone.)

Pure Anger

Well, guess what- my computer took a dump again!!!!! You can't even begin to understand how angry I am about this. I need this computer to run and run properly if I want to keep pursuing my photography. Is this God's way of telling me to stop? (I don't think so...) I am so mad I could smash plates!!! (Or the computer!) ;)

The volunteer appreciation reception they held for everyone who volunteers at the Community Clinic was wonderful! We had such a nice time and it was really wonderful to see everyone outside the clinic for a little while. Thanks so much Rhonda and the board for thinking about us!

A First!

Today was kind of a tough day- and just at the right time I received a special delivery--- my first flower delivery! It was from a doctors office in town that I work with. So awesome! I feel very blessed to work with such wonderful people!

Fabulous Dinner

Sunday night we went out to eat with Bryan Julie, Lindsey and Shawn. We ate at a restaurant called Dominic's and it was outstanding! I can't wait to gop back. The food, ambiance and comraderie were all perfect!!

Sammy's Surgery

Sam had his hand surgery yesterday. Everything went well and he is doing alright. We spent most of the day at United Medical Center- nothing new for me, but new as the wife of a patient! They took very good care of Sam and I both. Dr. Wyatt is his specialist and he is a plastic surgeon- specialty in hands. I even got to see the Ganglion Cyst- gross! Sam was so dissappointed because they were supposed to save it to show him, but they accidentally sent it to biopsy before he was out of the anistesia. I was dissappointed because after his last surgery he was loopy and silly- this time he was normal- I was hoping for the Silly Sammy. After we left the hosptial we went to get his prescriptions filled and bought him some treats- gummy bears, caramello's, flowers and a CD. He is in some pain, but doing pretty well overall. He is in a sling and all wrapped up in a soft cast for the next few weeks, then he will have a brace for the next few weeks after that. Then- back to the norm! It will be a hard time for him though, taking it easy and not using that hand. Let's see how it goes!!!

Wyoming Wind

What's new...Lot's o' wind come winter time in Wyoming. We have several flower pots that broke and the chairs went flying. We had winds around 75 mph. (Mom- THAT is wind! Not what you have out in Cali---that is called a "breeze"!) I was really happy that that particular plant broke- I hated it and kept trying to kill it. Sam loved it because it had really pretty flowers the first year. He was convinced it would blossom again---after 1 and 1/2 years he realized I was right and since it fell over and broke we just tossed it into the trash. Yeah, I win! (I know- you are all shocked...but remember...it DID take over a year!)

New Camera

I brought Julie a little Birthday cake- it was yummy!
Hudson!!!

Ok, so I just couldn't resist getting this new little camera, it is a keychain that cost $15. I love the idea of trying out new cheap cameras, because a camera doesn't have to take a "perfect" photograph. Sometimes the most perfect photograph is the photo with lots of grain or other interesting twists.

My Little Angel

Daddy assisting Mykah with her little outfit.
How cute is my little girl?!Oooohhh..the candy looks so good!
I have a sore belly- too much Trick-or-Treating!

Halloween Dog

Although Chihuahua's aren't my personal favorite for a dog, I just LOVE this little guy all dressed up for Halloween! I don't really know what he is dressed up as, but he is so darn funny!!! I have some great pic's of Mykah all dressed up, those will come later...

Happy Birthday Julie!

Happy Birthday Julie!!!!

Julie had her 29th birthday yesterday- I was waiting to find a pic of just her that she would love, but then I decided that I am already 1 day late, and this is a GREAT photo, so I will just go with it!

I am so honored to be her friend and cherish all our time that we have together. I dread the day she leaves... Lucky for me I have about a year left with Julie, Bryan and Hudson.

Let's cheer to another great year and a Happy Happy Birthday!!!
