This past weekend Sam and I had an overdue "New Year's Celebration. Every year we go out to a nice dinner and re-evaluate where we are in life. We talk about all the things we want to do and what we have done in the past year.
This year we tied in the show "Little Shop of Horror's" into our evening as well. We started out shopping at Cherry Creek Mall where I got a few things- my favorite being this weird little camera that takes 4 photo's on one frame. I have yet to develop the film. Not to worry- I will share the results, which I am already predicting to be not-so-hot. (But it's fun!) Then we were on our way to find a restaurant and low and behold we passed one of my FAVORITE stores! Cost Plus World Market! I love that place! We picked up a sinple wine rack, that is exactly what we were looking for. (And have now decided to go back and get one more!). Dinner was at Cucina Colore, then off to the show at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. We capped off the night at a little cafe down the street and headed home! It was a wonderful evening- one that we need to do more often!!!

So this is what happens when I get married too? Somday I'll be saying "well, um, actually we have a pretty nice little Saturday planned, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time." I'm jealous...really I am.
