My Uncle Ollie passed away last Friday. His funeral was yesterday. Rest in peace dear uncle.

Oliver Charles Ulvilden

Oliver Charles Ulvilden, known as Ollie to all his friends and family, 79, passed away on June 9, 2006 in Sister Bay, WI. Beloved husband of Pipka Ulvilden for 25 years, beloved dad to John, Barb and Liz; and proud grandparent of Jakub and Vanessa. He is furthered survived by his sister, Lois Burch and many friends. He was a graduate of Luther College and served in the United States Air Force. He was an avid athlete and worked in the athletic industry his entire life, as a successful businessman and retired from Adidas in 1981. His love of people and places gave him a common thread to everyone he met. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 13 at Bethany Lutheren Church of Ephraim from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 14 at the First Baptist Church of Sister Bay at 4 p.m. followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Luther College, Decorah, IA in is memory. Casperson Funeral Home of Sister Bay, WI is assisting the family.
