A quick update: Reagan is beautiful and healthy! Yeah!!!

Daddy was a fantastic coach and is doing great despite the uncomfortable bed.

Mommy is sick, but not to worry- all will be okay!

Reagan was given a clean bill of health and able to leave the hospital today, but Mommy's health ruined that! They are keeping us here again tonight to try and figure out what is going on with my respritory system. Don't worry about me- I really am great, just have to fight off this "thing" that has grabbed hold of me! Sam is taking fantastic care of us all!

Baby Directions #2

So- the time is drawing very near and I need to update that Sam and I will not get cell phone reception in the hospital unless we are in certain area's. Please feel free to call anyways, but we don't know that we will get your messages in a timely manner. Also- once you hear if we have had our little bundle of joy- feel free to spread the word! Halloween- Overdue!

Hello! Hello! This is a tad late in the game, but I forgot about how much fun Sam and I had getting ready for the 319th Halloween party. It was a "Pirate or Elvis" party. We decided to be creative with the Pirate thing and I drew a piece of pie and a rat on my shirt and Sam drew the symbol Pi along with the numbers and a percentage rate. Get it- both break-out to "Pirate"! No one got Sam's and some people got mine. We thought we were pretty clever! We had so much fun doing it too!

Gavin Winslow

This is Gavin Winslow- he is my friend Jill and Jay's little boy. He was born on February 23, 2006, Gavin was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease, and doctors at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee recommended a life-saving kidney transplant. He has a long and difficult road ahead of him, but this little guy is a fighter! I wanted to make this post a dedication to Gavin and his strong will to live. He is amazing! Congratulations are in order for my little bro and Amy! They have been in Thailand for the last couple weeks and upon their return told us of some great news...THEY ARE ENGAGED! Hooray! I am so excited for both of you and I can't wait to have you join our family Amy!

Ok all- I am going to start posting ways for you to keep in touch with us when we go to the hospital for our babe's welcome to the world...and MY "not-so-spa-day"! Attached below is a website I found to the hospital that will link you to the babies that are born at Poudre Valley Hospital. They might get a photo up of our little bundle of joy before we are able to get anything on the computer. The tricky part is that you won't know her name. It label's the baby by date of birth and first name, last initial. So, when we start the phone chain, make sure you get her name so you know what baby to look for. Time is nearing!!! (Boy has the nesting kicked in! Home, work, etc...)

Finally...

Sam and I have been having problems with our video setting on the computer. My great friend Rhonda's new husband, Kelly, came over the other night and fixed it for us! I took a silly little video to see if I could get the video on the blog to work. You can see what we have been working on at our house!!! Give it a whirl! (I checked it out and it works- it is pretty funny...sorry you have to be exposed to my amature video skills!)

Clety's Photoshoot

Ok- everyone remember my previous post from a couple months back about Jennifer Loomis and how I wanted to have her do a maternity shoot for me? Well, Eric Chin, Sam's co-worker and my photography buddy, did a photoshoot for me last weekend! (Sam wasn't able to be there, but we are hoping Eric will be back before I have the baby so we can do one with Sam and I together.) He did a great job from what I see so far. I only have a couple images, because he left to go house hunting and wasn't able to get to them, but I will have more later. This is one of them that I really liked. Hard to believe that this little girl will be here in a couple weeks! My oh my!

(Sophie wanted to vote- unfortunately I had to tell her she didn't have voting rights as a 4 legged animal. So sad!)
