This is Gavin Winslow- he is my friend Jill and Jay's little boy. He was born on February 23, 2006, Gavin was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease, and doctors at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee recommended a life-saving kidney transplant. He has a long and difficult road ahead of him, but this little guy is a fighter! I wanted to make this post a dedication to Gavin and his strong will to live. He is amazing!
